Our Association is an association of B2B services providers.

It processes Personal Data as autonomous and independent data controllers.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about how your Personal Data may be collected and processed by our Association in the context of your use of our Site, as well as the rights you have in this regard.

This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data that we may collect from or about you (as defined below) from the following sources:

4.       For what purpose is your Personal Data processed?

Your Personal Data is collected and processed by our Association, in its capacity as data controller, in order to:

7.       For what periods of time is your Personal Data kept by our Association?

Your Personal Data is retained by our Association for the periods necessary to fulfill the purposes described in Article 4 above, except in cases where (i) you ask us to delete it before the expiry of this period, subject to the conditions imposed by applicable law, and where (ii) the law authorizes or requires that it be kept for a longer period.

In this respect, the Personal Data necessary for the performance of our mission are kept for a period of 5 years from the end of your relationship with our Association. Personal Data used in the context of monitoring and coordinating customer and prospect relations is kept for 3 years from your last interaction with our Association. Data related to a recruitment process is kept for the duration of the process and for a maximum period of 2 years. Finally, we use cookies stored on your device for a maximum of 13 months from the date they were installed or updated.

However, Personal Data may be retained, exclusively for evidentiary purposes, for a longer period of time in accordance with the applicable limitation periods.

8.       What are your rights in relation to your Personal Data?

You have the following rights regarding your Personal Data, under the conditions defined by the Data Protection Act and the GDPR:

•         Right of access, rectification, limitation, portability and erasure;

•         Right to object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your Personal Data on the legal basis of the Association's legitimate interest, as well as the right to object to prospecting that may be implemented by the Association (invitation to events, sending newsletters, etc.)

•         The right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority within the European Union (such as the CNIL);

•         The right to define general and specific guidelines defining the way in which you intend your Personal Data to be processed after your death.

To exercise these rights, or for any question regarding the processing of Personal Data implemented by the Association, we invite you to write an email or by post. Requests to exercise rights must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document signed by the person concerned.

Privacy and protection of minors: Our Site and its features are not intended for minors and are only available to persons over the age of eighteen (18) and with legal capacity.
